Gavin Buehl
Instructor
Gavin has over 20 years of experience operating, programming, repairing and rebuilding laboratory devices of all shapes and sizes.
He is currently a Field Service Engineer for Hologic. He was the Chief Operating Officer at Global Genetechs, instructor of Introduction to Manual Liquid Handling course at BTCI (BioPharmaceutical Technical Center Institute) located on the Promega campus and former Automation Technician at Third Wave Technologies (now Hologic).

Tom Strader
Instructor
Tom has over 25 years of experience operating, programming and repairing laboratory robots, high-pressure pumps and high sensitivity detection systems.
He is currently VP of Product Development and Engineering at Microscopy Innovations, Honorary Associate Fellow of the UW-Madison College of Engineering, and co-founder and current VP of Midwest Laboratory Robotics Interest Group.
